If you use the enquiry form we collect your name, your email address, your company name where you provide it, and the content of your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage any engagement that follows. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed to us, and, where an engagement proceeds, the performance of a contract.
How it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a hosted database with access restricted to those who need it to respond. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and is not published, sold or used for marketing lists.
Who has access
Enquiries are read by Ryan Mills and, where necessary, people supporting Moustache Enterprises. We use third-party providers for website hosting and database services, who process data on our instructions only. We do not share enquiry content with clients or other third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to an engagement are retained for as long as required for legal, tax and professional purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
